Summary: Striped bass
    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-237, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE HARVEST OF STRIPED BASS AND STRIPED BASS HYBRIDS IN PORTIONS OF THE SAVANNAH RIVER, SO AS TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL TO POSSESS MORE THAN TWO STRIPED BASS, STRIPED BASS HYBRIDS, WHITE BASS, OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE SPECIES IN CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE SAVANNAH RIVER AND TO PROVIDE THAT ANY LAWFUL POSSESSED FISH OF EACH OF THESE SPECIES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF TWENTY-SEVEN INCHES IN TOTAL LENGTH; AND TO REPEAL SECTION 50-13-120 RELATING TO NO SIZE LIMITS ON CERTAIN FRESH WATER FISH. - ratified title
