    A Bill to amend Section 38-53-170, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to bail bondsmen and runners and unlawful acts, so as to delete the provision that loitering in or about a magistrate's office or any place where prisoners are confined is prima facie evidence of soliciting, to require law enforcement officers and jailers to report certain violations to the court, and to provide that any action taken pursuant to Item (f) of Section 38-53-170 resulting in a conviction, guilty plea, or plea of nolo contendere pursuant to Section 38-53-340 must be reported to the Chief Insurance Commissioner by the court within a certain period.-amended title
