AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 22-2-190, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO JURY AREAS FOR COUNTY MAGISTRATES' COURTS, SO AS TO REVISE THE JURY AREAS FOR ANDERSON COUNTY BY PROVIDING FOR ONE JURY AREA COUNTYWIDE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

One jury area countywide for Anderson County

SECTION 1. Section 22-2-190(4) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(4) Anderson County

One jury area countywide."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
