A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

INVITING HIS EXCELLENCY, CARROLL A. CAMPBELL, JR., GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, TO ADDRESS THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN JOINT SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30, 1991.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That His Excellency, Carroll A. Campbell, Jr., Governor of the State of South Carolina, is invited to address the General Assembly in joint session at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 1991, in the Hall of the House of Representatives.
