AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF ROAD S-258 FROM HIGHWAY NO. 1 TO ROAD S-255 IN LEXINGTON COUNTY AND TO TRANSFER IT TO THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Portion of road removed, transferred
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall remove from the state highway system that portion of Road S-258 from Highway No. 1 to Road S-255 in Lexington County (approximately .08 mile in length) and transfer the removed portion to the Town of Lexington.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
