A BILL

TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-14-342 IN CLARENDON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-14-342 located in Clarendon County.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
