AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 834 OF 1976 RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION GRANTED TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE SLATER-MARIETTA FIRE DISTRICT IN GREENVILLE COUNTY TO PROVIDE POLICE PROTECTION WITHIN THE DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repealed

SECTION 1. Act 834 of 1976 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
