TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 61-7-305 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN ADVERTISING MATERIALS ORIGINATING FROM A REGISTERED PRODUCER OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 61-7-305. Advertising materials originating from a registered producer distributed by mail to residents of this State may offer nonalcoholic promotional items which may be redeemed only by returning proof of purchase to the registered producer by mail."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
