AN ACT TO PROVIDE A PER DIEM ALLOWANCE FOR MEMBERS OF THE WILLISTON SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN BARNWELL COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Per diem for trustees
SECTION 1. The members of the Board of Trustees, except the chairman, of the Williston School District in Barnwell County shall receive a per diem of one hundred dollars for each regular meeting and fifty dollars for each special meeting. The chairman shall receive a per diem of one hundred fifty dollars for each regular meeting and seventy-five dollars for each special meeting. No more than twelve special meetings may be held in one calendar year.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
