By prior motion of Senator MARTSCHINK, with unanimous consent, the following amendment (436\11682.DW) was adopted:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, Section 43-33-330, line 31, by striking /,/ after /regions/ and inserting /. Eight members must be elected by the board upon recommendation by the system's nominating committee which shall consult with advocacy groups of the State representing persons with handicaps. Members shall serve/.
