    A Bill to amend Section 30-15-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the recordation of veterans' discharge and obtaining certified copy of registered discharge, so as to change the provisions regarding fees, permit the Register of Mesne Conveyances to designate the county veterans' affairs officer to receive applications for certified copies and furnish the copies as provided by this Section, authorize the clerk of court and the county veterans' affairs officer to enter into an agreement pursuant to which certain responsibilities of the clerk of court may be devolved to the county veterans' affairs officer, and to provide that, upon transfer of the records, the county veterans' affairs officer may issue copies as requested.-amended title
