AN ACT TO REPEAL A JOINT RESOLUTION OF 1992 BEARING ACT NUMBER 314, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ALLOW THE INCLUSION OF RIVER GRAVEL IN PROJECTS APPROVED BY BID.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Joint resolution repealed

SECTION 1. A joint resolution of 1992 bearing act number 314 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
