TO CONGRATULATE THE MACEDONIA HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM FOR WINNING THE 1993-94 CLASS AA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.
Whereas, the members of the General Assembly were pleased to learn that the Macedonia High School Boys Basketball team defeated a fine Pageland-Central team 69-53 to win the 1993-94 State Class AA Boys Basketball championship; and
Whereas, this tremendous accomplishment marks the third state championship in five years for this very talented group of athletes; and
Whereas, under the leadership of head coach Matthew Bradberry who was named 1993-94 Class AA Coach of the Year, the Macedonia Foxes have earned a reputation throughout the State as a team which plays hard and fair and which is always very difficult to beat at home or away; and
