AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 1797 OF 1972, RELATING TO THE HARTSVILLE PARKING, BEAUTIFICATION AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN DARLINGTON COUNTY, SO AS TO EXPAND THE AREA OF THE DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
District expanded
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Act 1797 of 1972 is amended to read:
"Section 2. The district shall include and be comprised of:
All those lots or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Hartsville, County of Darlington, State of South Carolina, designated Block Numbers 12, 13, 16, 17, 23, 24, the eastern 175 feet of Block Numbers 14, 15, 25, the western 175 feet of Block Numbers 11, 18, 22."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
