TO CONGRATULATE KEVIN L. BRYANT OF ANDERSON, THE OUTGOING CHAIRMAN OF THE ANDERSON COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY, FOR HIS DISTINGUISHED PUBLIC SERVICE IN BUILDING THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IN ANDERSON COUNTY.

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina note that Mr. Kevin L. Bryant of Anderson, is completing his second term as Chairman of the Anderson County Republican Party; and

Whereas, his tenure as party chairman has seen enormous growth in, and much electoral success for, the Republican Party in Anderson County; and

Whereas, all members of the General Assembly are only too aware that a political party office is a tedious, and often thankless, chore; it is, nevertheless, an essential part of our representative government and much appreciation is due those who are willing to serve in these posts; and

Whereas, Mr. Bryant fits in these political duties with his professional career as a pharmacist and co-manager of a family-owned independent pharmacy, Bryant Pharmacy and Supply in Anderson; and

Whereas, Mr. Bryant, the loving husband of twelve years of Ann Barinowski Bryant and father of three, is a devoted family man and dedicated church worker, as deacon and treasurer of Concord Community Church; and

Whereas, it is appropriate for the members of the General Assembly to pause in their deliberations in order to express their appreciation for the public service of so distinguished a son of South Carolina. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, congratulate Kevin L. Bryant of Anderson, the outgoing chairman of the Anderson County Republican Party, for his distinguished public service in building the Republican Party in Anderson County.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Kevin L. Bryant, Bryant Pharmacy and Supply, 1901 N. Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina, 29621.
