A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 6-27-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION ON AMENDMENTS OR REPEAL OF PROVISIONS OF THE STATE AID TO SUBDIVISIONS ACT EXCEPT BY MEANS OF SEPARATE LEGISLATION ENACTED SOLELY FOR THAT PURPOSE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 6-27-50 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
