TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN THE RESPECTIVE HOUSES OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ADJOURN ON THURSDAY, JUNE 3, 2004, EACH HOUSE SHALL STAND ADJOURNED TO MEET IN STATEWIDE SESSION AT 5:30 P.M. ON JUNE 3, 2004, ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF AND UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE RATIFICATION OF ACTS, AND UPON COMPLETION OF THE RATIFICATION OF ACTS, NOT LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, JUNE 3, 2004, SHALL STAND ADJOURNED SINE DIE.
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
When each house adjourns on Thursday, June 3, 2004, not later than 5:00 p.m., it shall stand adjourned to meet in statewide session at 5:30 p.m. on June 3, 2004, only for the purpose of and until the completion of the ratification of acts, and upon completion of the ratification of acts, not later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2004, shall stand adjourned sine die.
