To whom was referred a Senate Resolution (S. 1235) authorizing the Society of the Cincinnati of the State of South Carolina to use the Senate Chamber on Saturday, June 24, 2006, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., etc., respectfully

REPORT:

Has polled the Senate Resolution out majority favorable.

A SENATE RESOLUTION

AUTHORIZING THE SOCIETY OF THE CINCINNATI OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO USE THE SENATE CHAMBER ON SATURDAY, JUNE 24, 2006, AT 11:00 O'CLOCK A.M., FOR ITS ANNUAL STATE MEETING.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the Society of the Cincinnati is allowed to use the Senate Chamber on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 11 o'clock a.m., for its annual state meeting. If the Senate is in statewide session on that day, the Chamber may not be used on that day.

Be it further resolved that no expense may be charged to the Society of the Cincinnati for the use of the Senate Chamber and the use must be in strict accordance with the policies of the Senate.
