TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS FOR CREDENTIAL ADVANCEMENT (REPEAL), DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 3029, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Education, relating to Requirements for Credential Advancement (Repeal), designated as Regulation Document Number 3029, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Promulgate repeal of 24 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 43-53.1, Requirements for Credential Advancement. The State Board of Education (SBE) promulgated the repeal of this regulation in 2003; however, because of a clerical error, it was not reported as repealed.
