TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDON SERVICES PLACE ALL PERSONS WHO ARE DETERMINED TO BE SEX OFFENDERS UNDER GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR PROBATIONARY SENTENCES.
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly, by this resolution, request that the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services place all persons who are determined to be sex offenders under global positioning system satellite surveillance continuously for the duration of their probationary sentences.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.
