A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, RELATING TO DATA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS PERTAINING TO SOUTH CAROLINA HOSPITALS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 3179, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the State Budget and Control Board, relating to Data Reporting Requirements Pertaining to South Carolina Hospitals, designated as Regulation Document Number 3179, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 27th day of March, 2008.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 4/3/08.
