AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE CHARLESTON COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY'S MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE INCREASED BY TWO MEMBERS, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THESE MEMBERS SHALL BE THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE CHARLESTON COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION, OR THEIR DESIGNEES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Charleston County Aviation Authority membership
SECTION 1. The Charleston County Aviation Authority shall be increased by two members who shall be the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Charleston County Legislative Delegation, or their designees.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 29th day of May, 2007.
