A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 33-41-1110, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP, SO AS TO DELETE THE FILING FEE FOR A RENEWAL APPLICATION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 33-41-1110(C) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(C)    The initial application or renewal application filed with the Secretary of State must be accompanied by a fee of one hundred dollars. A renewal application is not subject to a fee."

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
