A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISION CONTAINED IN ACT 624 OF 1986, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL NOT CLOSE THE UNPAVED PORTION OF HARBORTOWNE ROAD IN CHARLESTON COUNTY.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly request that, notwithstanding the provision contained in Act 624 of 1986, the Department of Transportation shall not close the unpaved portion of Harbortowne Road in Charleston County.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
