TO CONTINUE THE "STUDY COMMITTEE ON EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES" UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2015.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The "Study Committee on Expungement of Criminal Offenses", established pursuant to Act 323 of the 2013-2014 Legislative Session, is continued until December 31, 2015.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
