TO AMEND ACT 470 OF 2000, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ELECTION DISTRICTS OF MEMBERS OF ROCK HILL SCHOOL DISTRICT 3 IN YORK COUNTY, SO AS TO REAPPORTION THESE ELECTION DISTRICTS, TO UPDATE THE MAP NUMBER ON WHICH THESE SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS ARE DELINEATED, TO PROVIDE DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION REGARDING THESE REVISED ELECTION DISTRICTS, AND TO REMOVE ARCHAIC LANGUAGE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 2(A) of Act 470 of 2000, as last amended by Act 310 of 2014, is further amended to read:
"(A)(1) Notwithstanding another provision of law, beginning with the elections conducted in 2014 2022, the election districts for the members of the Board of Trustees of Rock Hill School District No. 3 of York County are established and delineated on map number S-91-03-14 S-91-03-22 created and maintained by the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office, or its successor agency.
(2) The demographic information shown on this map is as follows:

SECTION 2. The exterior boundaries of Rock Hill School District 3 in York County are not altered by the provisions of this act. These school district lines are as defined by law and any census blocks which may be divided are done so only for statistical purposes and to establish a population base.
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
