VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO CONGRATULATE FREDDY MUBARAK UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT FROM ELGIN PHARMACY, TO COMMEND HIM FOR HIS MANY YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE ELGIN COMMUNITY, AND TO WISH HIM MUCH HAPPINESS AND FULFILLMENT IN THE YEARS AHEAD.
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina General Assembly are pleased to recognize Freddy Mubarak upon the occasion of his retirement from Elgin Pharmacy; and
Whereas, a native of Lebanon, Freddy Mubarak moved to the United States in 1970. He is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, where he graduated in 1978; and
Whereas, with a long and fulfilling career, Freddy worked at Richland Memorial Hospital; and
Whereas, in 1986, Freddy opened Elgin Pharmacy with Tony Casey. Over the years, the pharmacy has served four generations of local families; and
Whereas, a devout Christian, Freddy is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church; and
Whereas, Freddy is married to his wife, Diane. Together, they have two daughters, Kristina and Michelle; and two grandsons, Hugh and Faris; and
Whereas, in his free time, Freddy enjoys spending time with family and relaxing at the beach; and
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina General Assembly appreciate the dedication that Freddy Mubarak has shown in serving the people and the State of South Carolina. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, congratulate Freddy Mubarak upon the occasion of his retirement from Elgin Pharmacy, commend him for his many years of dedicated service to the Elgin community, and wish him much happiness and fulfillment in the years ahead.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Freddy Mubarak.
