    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-3005 so as to provide that upon licensing, approval, or registration a child day care facility shall provide proof of conforming with local zoning ordinances; and to amend Section 20-7-3020, relating to requirements for issuing a provisional license, registration, or approval, so as to delete an obsolete reference.
