    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2952 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE FILING FEE FOR REQUESTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING TO CHALLENGE A DRIVER'S LICENSE SUSPENSION FOR REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO A BREATH TEST OR REGISTERING AN ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION GREATER THAN THE EXISTING LAWFUL LIMIT IS FIFTY DOLLARS.
