    A Bill to amend Section 24-3-1120, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions used in the Prison Overcrowding Powers Act, so as to add to the definition of "qualified prisoner" that the prisoner has not been convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree or committing or attempting a lewd act upon a child under the age of fourteen.
