    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-1641 so as to require adults in foster homes and employees and volunteers in residential group homes and child caring institutions to undergo central registry child abuse and neglect checks and criminal history background checks and to prohibit a person with certain convictions from serving in these capacities.
