    A Bill to amend Section 55-5-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties and powers of the Aeronautics Division of the Department of Commerce, so as to revise the Division's authority; to provide for a study of shuttle flights, to transfer certain aircraft maintenance funds for the Medical University of South Carolina to the Aeronautics Division, and to provide for the sale of one state aircraft and dispose of the proceeds of the sale.
