    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-1-465 SO AS TO ALLOW THE DISPLAY OF THE WORDS OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL CLASSROOM AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TEACHER IN CHARGE OF THE CLASSROOM AND TO PROHIBIT PUBLIC SCHOOL POLICIES OR CODES THAT PROHIBIT THE WORDS OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ON THE CLOTHING, BOOK COVERS, AND OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OF STUDENTS THAT OTHERWISE CONFORM TO SUCH POLICIES OR CODES.
