    A Bill to amend Act 405 of 1980, as amended, relating to the payment of ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles, so as to provide that the assessed value of motor vehicles whose model year is fifteen years or more prior to the current tax year is fifty dollars and the assessed value of motor vehicles whose model year is less than fifteen years prior to the current tax year must not be less than fifty dollars, and to provide for refunds of any overpayments that were made in regard to these vehicles for tax years beginning after December 31, 1984.-amended title
