    A Bill to amend Section 14-7-1780, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the providing of space for the State Grand Jury to meet and the appropriation of funds for the operation of the State Grand Jury, so as to provide that the Attorney General rather than the impaneling judge shall make suitable space available for the State Grand Jury and to provide that the funds for the operation of the State Grand Jury must be appropriated to the Attorney General's office rather than to the Judicial Department.
