    A Bill to amend Section 61-9-625, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the importation of wine into this State being limited to the registered producer thereof and the registration of a particular brand being available only to the producer or primary source of supply, so as to make the above provisions also applicable to beer, ale, porter, and malt beverages.
