    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1450, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the cooperation of societies and organizations which protect or aid delinquent or neglected children, so as to require State, as well as county, town, and municipal officials and departments to assist and cooperate in the protection of children.
