    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 22-2-190, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO JURY AREAS FOR MAGISTRATE COURTS IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, SO AS TO REVISE THE JURY AREAS IN THE COUNTY AND PROVIDE THAT CRIMINAL CASES AND TRAFFIC OFFENSES MUST BE TRIED IN THE JURY AREA WHERE THE OFFENSE WAS COMMITTED.
