    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1510, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for service retirement under the South Carolina Retirement System, so as to provide that a member of the System who is an elected official whose annual compensation is less than the earnings limitation below which a return to covered employment does not affect the receipt of benefits and who is otherwise eligible for service retirement may retire without a break in service.
