AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 343 OF 1971, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CREATION, MEMBERSHIP, POWERS AND DUTIES, AND OPERATIONS OF THE UNION RECREATION DISTRICT IN UNION COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Recreation district repealed

SECTION 1. Act 343 of 1971 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
