AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO POST SIGNS RESTRICTING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-492 BETWEEN HAYWOOD ROAD, INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 85, AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 385 IN GREENVILLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Truck traffic on State Highway S-492 restricted
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall post signs prohibiting all truck traffic, except local traffic to service commercial areas, on State Highway System Road S-492 between Haywood Road, Interstate Highway 85, and Interstate Highway 385 in Greenville County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
