TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES DEPARTMENT RELATING TO THE REPEAL OF REGULATIONS 123-60 (HUNTING ON BELMONT PLANTATION), 123-80 (WATERFOWL HUNTING ON THE HATCHERY GAME MANAGEMENT AREA), AND 123-81 (BROAD RIVER AND ENOREE RIVER WATERFOWL MANAGEMENT AREAS), DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 1662, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department, relating to the repeal of regulations 123-60 (Hunting on Belmont Plantation), 123-80 (Waterfowl Hunting on the Hatchery Game Management Area), and 123-81 (Broad River and Enoree River Waterfowl Management Areas), designated as Regulation Document Number 1662, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

This final regulation will repeal the S.C. Wildlife and Marine Resources Department's Regulations 123-60, 123-80, and 123-81 which have been superseded by Regulation 123-40(10.1).
