AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-3-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE STATE ELECTION COMMISSION, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSION TO MEET AT SUCH TIMES AS IT CONSIDERS NECESSARY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Meetings of the commission
SECTION 1. Section 7-3-10(c) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 276 of 1992, is further amended to read:
(c) The commission shall meet at its offices in Columbia at least once each month or at such times as considered necessary by the commission. However, the commission may change the location of the meeting if the change is more convenient for the commission or any parties scheduled to appear before the commission.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
