To whom was referred a Bill (H. 4707) to provide that Greenville County Public Schools must publish nutrition information for all food service options in any dissemination of information that includes school menu, etc., respectfully

A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT GREENVILLE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS MUST PUBLISH NUTRITION INFORMATION FOR ALL FOOD SERVICE OPTIONS IN ANY DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION THAT INCLUDES SCHOOL MENU OPTIONS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Greenville County public schools must publish nutrition information for all food service options in any dissemination of information that includes school menu options.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
