A JOINT RESOLUTION TO POSTPONE UNTIL PROPERTY TAX YEAR 2012 THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED VALUES DETERMINED IN THE MOST RECENT COUNTYWIDE APPRAISAL AND EQUALIZATION PROGRAM CONDUCTED IN ABBEVILLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Implementation postponed
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12-43-217(B) of the 1976 Code, implementation of the revised values determined in the most recent countywide appraisal and equalization program conducted in Abbeville County is postponed until property tax year 2012.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 7th day of March, 2012.
Approved the 13th day of March, 2012.
