TO CONTINUE THE "SENTENCING REFORM OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE" UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2020.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 24-28-20(C), the "Sentencing Reform Oversight Committee" is continued until December 31, 2020.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
