TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION - REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS BOARD, RELATING TO EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE; AND MINOR CORRECTIONS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4857, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation - Real Estate Appraisers Board, relating to Education and Experience Requirements for Licensure; and Minor Corrections, designated as Regulation Document Number 4857, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
The South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board proposes to amend Chapter 137 to amend the education and experience requirements for licensure in R.137-100.02 and make minor corrections in R.137-200.02, R.137-500.01 and R.137-800.05.
