Summary: Exemption from completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 59-150-360, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TUITION ASSISTANCE TO ATTEND A STATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE OR A TWO-YEAR INSTITUTION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF A STUDENT FEELS THAT HE WILL DEFINITELY NOT QUALIFY TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID, THE STUDENT MAY COMPLETE A SIMPLE FORM OF MINIMUM QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE IF THE STUDENT DEFINITELY WILL NOT QUALIFY TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID, AND IF SO, THE STUDENT IS EXEMPT FROM COMPLETING THE FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID. - ratified title
