    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-6240, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FORFEITURE, CONFISCATION, AND DISPOSITION PROCEDURE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE SEIZED FROM A PERSON CONVICTED OF DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE (DUS), OR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ANOTHER DRUG, OR COMBINATION OF DRUGS (DUI), SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVEN BY ITS REGISTERED OWNER OR A RESIDENT OF HIS HOUSEHOLD MUST BE FORFEITED FOR CERTAIN DUS AND DUI VIOLATIONS.-AMENDED SHORT TITLE
