    A Bill to amend Section 50-21-610, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to regulations of the Division of Boating of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department as to the construction, equipment, and safety standards of boats, so as to require the Division to promulgate regulations which require that boats with inboard motors or inboard/outboard motors are equipped with mufflers in good working order or with an acceptable sound retarding covering to prevent excessive, unusual, or annoying noise.
